MILLSPORT APPOINTED DUCATI DEALER IN NORTHERN IRELAND
 Ducati are pleased to announce a new dealer appointment for Northern Ireland.
Millsport Motorcycles based in Ballymoney are one of three recent additions to the Ducati dealer network.
Millsport
despite being a relatively young company (established in 2006) has
quickly established an excellent reputation through their dedication
and enthusiasm, together with a wealth of experience from the owners
and employees, this has fostered a formidable combination that has
inevitably led to their success in such as short space of time.
Owner
and dealer principal Billy Lyons has many years of retail experience
within the motorcycle industry with a number of different
manufacturers, but his passion has always been first and foremost
Ducati having had 7 different Ducatis over the years from an 888 to
most recently a 999s. For Billy a former racer, who has raced in the
North West 200 and now manages his own race team, the Ducati
association is a natural progression for Millsport motorcycles as Billy
explains‘I have always had Ducatis over the years and with my passion
for road racing and enthusiasm for Ducati and its’ racing heritage, it
seemed like a natural progression for Millsport to link up with Ducati
UK. One day I would like to see Millsport winning Road races on Ducati
machinery and firmly establishing the brand in Northern Ireland both on
the road and the track.’
Millsport are located directly
opposite the late Joey Dunlops bar a shrine to many around the world
and the Joey Dunlop memorial gardens are situated directly behind the
dealership, making it very easy for motorcyclists to find.
