Current World Superport Champion Sebastien Charpentier on the Winston Ten Kate Honda took another dominant win at the third round of the championship at a sunny Valencia in Spain.

The Frenchman pulled a 6.537 second lead over Australian Kevin Curtain on the Yamaha Germany machine. Katsuaki Fujiwara came home in third place just pushing Broc Parkes on the other Yamaha off the podium. Kenan Sofuoglu, Charpentier’s team-mate crashed out on lap three, dashing his high hopes for a podium finish.

Local wild card rider Jordi Torres on the Speed Moto Yamaha had the ride of his life beating many Supersport regulars to take a well earned fifth place. British Rider Tom Tunstall on his Hardinge Bridgeport Honda also had a good run finishing in sixteenth unfortunately just one place outside the points.
